2.3 Physical Goods

3. Refund and Reschedule Policy

We aim to maintain clarity and fairness in all transactions. The following policies apply by category:

3.1 Professional Services

If you wish to change a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before the session to reschedule at no extra charge. Sessions that commence as scheduled are final. Fees for consultations and advisory work that have begun cannot be refunded due to the allocation of expert time and resources.

3.2 Digital Products

If a digital product has not been downloaded or accessed, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. This period ensures sufficient time for evaluation. Once access has been granted or digital content has been retrieved, we are unable to process a refund due to the immediate availability of files.

3.3 Physical Goods

Unopened items may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs. Once received and inspected, we will issue a credit for the purchase amount within 10 business days. Products that arrive damaged or are opened are not eligible for credit, as condition cannot be verified.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are stated in Canadian dollars. Payment methods are detailed at checkout. Processing completes upon confirmation. If payment fails, delivery of services or products will be paused until resolution.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We handle personal information in accordance with applicable regulations and our Privacy Policy. By engaging with us, you consent to data use as described therein.

Terylix reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes apply upon posting at terylixx.com. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
